Our Concierge Website Services program is $250 per month ($350/mo for e-commerce sites).

This plan is paid monthly, and includes everything in our Basic Hosting program, plus:

Daily Site Backups* [rolling 7-day backups, 4 weekly, 12 monthly]
Necessary WordPress theme and plugin updates for security and stability (Every 4-6 Weeks) and you will be notified via email once completed.
Quality Assurance checks after updates to look for issues on the website
1 hour of support through our ticketing system, can build up to 3 support hours in reserve at a time (if you don’t use an hour one month, it will roll over to the next month with a max of 3 hours in reserve at a time). Our typical response time on support tickets for this service is within same business day, by noon the next day if the ticket was opened after 3:00 pm CST.
A reduced hourly rate of $100/hour (instead of our agency rate of $125/hour) for additional support time during normal business hours – (9 AM-6 PM CST Mon – Fri)
A reduced emergency hourly rate – $200/hour (instead of $250/hour) for any immediate support time needed outside of our normal business hours.
An SSL certificate (normally $100/year) + installation (an up to $200 process) for FREE when you sign up for our Concierge Website Services program for 1 year.

What servers do Alter Endeavors lease?

We lease our own private business-class servers that only our clients are on which means less chance of compromised sites and better security. Much better to be in a private pool than a public one!

Why host with Alter Endeavors?

There are a number of advantages to hosting with us, like having a real person to contact if you have any issues as well as the inclusion of premium plug-ins like Gravity Forms and Advanced Custom Fields at no additional cost.

Is there a discount for multiple sites hosted with you?

Yes! 2 sites are $600/per year and you receive hosting for a third site for free. Notice – sites with higher traffic or storage needs may require a higher rate. We will assess and let you know if this is the case!

What can my hour of support be used for?

Your support hour each month, which can roll over for up to 3-hours at one time, can be used towards website-related design, content, coding, or training. If you have a larger project in mind, we can also apply these hours to your estimate, reducing the price by up to $300.
